Philadelphia Eagles GM Howie Roseman signed a multi-year contract extension Thursday, sources told ESPN. The deal, finalized after weeks of talks, keeps the Super Bowl LIX architect alongside head coach Nick Sirianni, who also extended this offseason.
Roseman, 49, led the Eagles to a 14-3 record and a 40-22 rout of the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX. “Howie’s vision and collaboration with our staff ensure sustained success,” owner Jeffrey Lurie said. “With him and Nick, we’re chasing more championships.”
Since 2016, Roseman’s bold moves—drafting Jalen Hurts, trading for A.J. Brown, signing Saquon Barkley—delivered two Super Bowl trips (LII, LVII) and a 2024 title. His cap mastery flipped a $29 million deficit in 2021 to $20 million in 2025 space, per Spotrac.
This offseason, he drafted Jihaad Campbell, signed Azeez Ojulari, and traded Bryce Huff for a mid-round pick. Despite losing Darius Slay, Roseman’s roster, with Hurts, Brown, and Barkley, remains elite.
