Rodgers, 41, was released by the New York Jets in February after two challenging seasons, including a 5–12 finish in 2024. Despite considering retirement, Rodgers opted to continue his career in Pittsburgh, marking his third NFL team after 18 seasons with the Green Bay Packers and two with the Jets.
